Expenses of visiting committees.

21.200. No member of any committee shall be allowed any payby the committee on accounts or by resolution for visiting anyinstitution or place, except actual necessary expenses incurredin the discharge of his duties on the committee, which amountshall be certified by the chairman of the visiting committeebefore allowance.
