21.030. What officer shall preside--contempt--rules.
21.030. When assembled, the president of the senate shallpreside, and the meeting shall be governed by the standing rulesadopted for that purpose by the concurrence of both houses; theymay punish any person, other than a member, for disorderly orcontemptuous behavior in their presence, by fine andimprisonment, in the manner and to the extent either house maypunish for like conduct before them by the constitution of thisstate.
