Courts of record.

476.010. The supreme court of the state of Missouri, the court ofappeals, and the circuit courts shall be courts of record, and shall keepjust and faithful records of their proceedings. Notwithstanding theforegoing, municipal divisions of the circuit courts shall not beconsidered courts of record, regardless of whether or not a verbatim recordof proceedings before the division is kept.
