Notice and copy of charges to be delivered--witnesses summoned.

483.180. Such notice and a copy of the charges shall bedelivered to such clerk thirty days at least before the day soappointed, and the attorney general or prosecuting attorney shallfile such charges in the office of the clerk of the circuit courtin the county where the clerk's office is located, and shallcause witnesses to be summoned to support the same, and shallprosecute such charges with all convenient speed.
