Allowances, how paid.

483.060. All such allowances made to the clerks of thesupreme court and the districts of the Missouri court of appealsshall be paid by the state, and those made to circuit anddivision clerks by the proper county except as otherwise providedby law. Allowances for clerks serving municipal divisions of thecircuit court shall be paid by the municipality served by theclerk.
