Attachments on demands not due--exceptions.

521.020. An attachment may issue on a demand not yet due inany of the cases mentioned in section 521.010, exceptsubdivisions (1), (2), (3) and (4), but no judgment shall berendered against the defendant until the maturity of the demand.
