Additional writs may issue, when.

521.200. If, at any time after the return of an attachment,it shall appear to the satisfaction of the court or clerk thatthe property, effects and credits attached will not be sufficientto satisfy the amount sworn to and costs, the court or clerk mayaward other writs of attachment, until sufficient property,effects or credits shall be attached to satisfy such amount andcosts.
