No execution to issue on judgment, when--property sold, how.

521.450. If judgment shall be rendered on the attachment infavor of the plaintiff, as provided in section 521.430, noexecution shall issue thereon, requiring the sale of any propertyor effects attached, as belonging to the defendant; but all suchproperty and effects shall be sold, and the proceeds thereofappropriated in the manner provided by law respectingadministrators and executors.
