Court or judge not to order sale of property after death ofdefendant--how sold.
521.460. After the death of any defendant, no court or judgeshall order, as above directed, the sale of any property oreffects attached as belonging to such decedent, but the sameshall be sold and the proceeds thereof appropriated in the mannerprovided by law respecting administrators and executors.
