Persons claiming attached property may interplead--affidavit--trialwithout delay.

521.520. Any person claiming property, money, effects orcredits attached, may interplead in the cause, verifying the sameby affidavit, and issues may be made upon such interplea, andshall be tried as like issues between plaintiff and defendant,and without any unnecessary delay.
