When creditors may defend.

521.540. In all suits by attachments, the court in whichsuch suits are pending may, for the furtherance of justice, inits discretion, permit any person or persons who are creditors ofthe same defendant to appear in said suits on behalf of thedefendant and make all such defenses as the defendant could make.
