Judgments on constructive service bind only property attached.

521.550. Any judgment rendered against any defendant aftersuch defense, without personal service on the defendant, or hisappearance to the action, shall bind only the property andeffects attached, and execution shall issue only in the mannerprovided by law upon other judgments entered by default, on proofof publication of notice.
