Bonds with collateral condition--action on, assignment of breaches.

522.200. When an action shall be prosecuted in any courtupon any bond for the breach of any condition other than thepayment of money, or shall be prosecuted for any penal sum forthe nonperformance of any covenant or written agreement, theplaintiff, in his petition, shall assign the specific breachesfor which the action is brought.
