Who may have damages ascertained--proceedings.

523.090. In case property is to be, will be, or has been byany corporation damaged for public use, any person interested mayhave such damages ascertained. The proceedings for ascertainingand paying such damages shall be the same as are and may beprovided by law for assessing damages which owners of land maysustain in consequence of its appropriation for railroadpurposes.
