Appeals--amount and condition of bond.

524.150. No supersedeas shall be granted upon an appealallowed in favor of the defendant, unless the recognizance be ina sum and with security sufficient to secure the payment of alldamages and accruing rents and profits, and with condition tostay waste, in addition to the conditions now required by law insuch cases.
