Claimant to pay value of land, when.

524.200. If the value of the improvements exceed the valueof the land aside from the improvements, the court may order thatthe occupying claimant shall, by a time to be specified in theorder, take the land, and pay the ascertained value thereof tothe plaintiff, and in default of such payment the plaintiff shalltake possession of the land, discharged from all claim of suchoccupying claimant.
