Executions, to whom issued and how governed.

524.280. Executions and writs for the delivery of possessionof real property shall issue to the sheriff of the county wherethe same, or some part thereof, is situate, and shall begoverned, in all respects, by the rules governing executions inordinary cases, so far as the same may be applicable.
