525.220. If, by the answer, not excepted to or denied, itshall appear that the garnishee is possessed of property oreffects of the defendant, or is indebted to the defendant, thesame proceedings may be had to ascertain the value of suchproperty or effects, or amount of such indebtedness, and torender and enforce a judgment therefor, as is provided in section525.200.
