Claimants may interplead.

525.090. Any person claiming property, money, effects orcredits attached in the hands of a garnishee, may interplead inthe cause, as provided by law in attachment cases; but nojudgment shall be rendered against the garnishee in whose handsthe same may be, until the interplea shall be determined.
