Testimony, how taken.

526.190. The testimony to be heard on such motion shall betaken as in other cases, except the affidavits which may havebeen filed with such petition or answer, which may be read on thehearing of such motion; and depositions, taken to support ordissolve an injunction, may be read on the final trial or otherproceedings in such cause.
