Practice to conform to code of civil procedure.

527.160. The institution, prosecution, trial anddetermination of suits under section 527.150 shall conform in allrespects to the provisions of the code of civil procedure nowexisting and be in force in this state concerning actionsaffecting real estate, and judgments rendered in such suits shallhave the force and effect as therein provided.
