Judgment by default shall be rendered, when--proof of title to beexhibited.

528.150. If any of the parties, duly notified according tolaw, shall not appear and answer within the time allowed for thatpurpose, the default shall be entered, but the petitioners shall,nevertheless, exhibit proofs of their title.
