528.260. In assigning dower and making partition under thischapter, the commissioners shall divide the lands and tenements,and allot the several portions and shares thereof to therespective parties, quantity and quality relatively considered bythem; and where the lands are in detached parcels or otherwise,the dower estate, if any, shall be set apart in one body, as nearas practicable.
