Report to be proved or acknowledged--filed.

528.290. The report shall be proved or acknowledged beforesome officer authorized to take the proof of deeds, in the samemanner that deeds are required to be proved or acknowledged, toentitle them to be recorded, and shall be filed in the office ofthe clerk of the court.
