Order of sale shall be renewed, when.

528.380. Where any such order of sale has been made, and thesale has failed to take place by reason of the failure of theterm of court, or other cause, the court, or clerk thereof invacation, shall renew such order of sale generally, withoutspecifying any time for sale; and the clerk shall, without delay,deliver a certified copy of such order to the sheriff, who shallthen proceed to advertise to sell in conformity with section528.370.
