Proceeds of sale, how divided.

528.460. The court shall direct the payment by the sheriffof all the costs and expenses of the proceedings, together withthe present value of any dower interest, to the parties entitledthereto, and the remainder to the parties in interest, theirconservators or legal representatives, according to theirrespective rights, as ascertained by the judgment of the court.
