Answer shall contain what--issue shall be tried, how.

528.500. The answer shall state the nature of thedefendant's claim, in all its particulars, shall be verified bythe affidavit of the defendant, or some other credible person,and may be filed in vacation; and the court shall cause allquestions of fact presented by the petition and answer to betried as other questions of fact.
