Sales, when and where made.

528.590. All sales of real estate by such commissioner, orany sheriff, shall be at the courthouse door, and in term time ofthe circuit court or county commission, as may be directed by theorder of the court; provided, that in all cities in this statenow or hereafter containing one hundred thousand inhabitants ormore, such sales shall be on the floor of the real estateexchange or at the courthouse door, as may be directed by theorder of the court.
