Form of action--parties.

530.030. The proceedings for this remedy shall be by a civilaction, in which the moving party is plaintiff and the adverseparty defendant, and shall otherwise conform, as nearly aspracticable, to the code of civil practice, except as otherwisespecially provided in this chapter.
