Arrest of person having prisoner in charge.

532.280. When the proof shall also be sufficient to justifyan arrest of the person having such prisoner in his custody, asfor a criminal offense committed in the taking or detaining suchprisoner, the warrant shall also contain an order for the arrestof such person for such offense.
