Warrant, how executed.

532.290. The warrant shall be executed according to thecommand thereof; and when the prisoner shall be brought before acourt, the person detaining such prisoner shall make a return inlike manner, and the like proceedings shall be had as if a writof habeas corpus had been issued in the first instance.
