Judge or clerk to take recognizance, when.
532.490. Upon the production of such order to any judge orclerk of a court of record, he shall be authorized to take therecognizance, with sufficient sureties, in the sum directed,conditioned for the appearance of the prisoner at the courtdesignated in such order.
