Copy of warrant to accompany petition, when.

532.050. If the restraint or confinement is by virtue of anywarrant, order or process, a copy thereof must accompany thepetition, or it must appear, by affidavit annexed thereto, thatby reason of the prisoner being removed or concealed before theapplication, a demand of such copy could not be made, or thatsuch demand was made of the person by whom the prisoner isconfined or restrained, and a copy refused.
