532.590. The court by whom such attachment shall be awardedmay also issue a precept to the same sheriff, or other person towhom such attachment shall be directed, commanding him to bringforthwith before such court the party for whose benefit such writof habeas corpus shall have been allowed, who shall thereafterremain in the custody of the sheriff or person executing suchprecept, until he shall be discharged, bailed or remanded, assuch court shall direct.
