Penalty for rearresting party after discharge.

532.660. Everyone who, knowing that any person has beendischarged by competent authority on a habeas corpus, shall,contrary to the provisions of this chapter, arrest such personagain for the same cause, shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor, and shall also pay to the party aggrieved fivehundred dollars.
