Judgment rendered against plaintiff and his sureties, when.
533.120. In such case, the judgment shall be against theplaintiff and his sureties, that he return the property taken, orpay the value so assessed, at the election of the defendant, and,also, pay the damages assessed for the taking and detention ofthe property and costs of suit.
