Process shall not issue until expiration of lease, when.

535.050. When the property is held by a written leasecontaining a clause declaring the lease forfeited for thenonpayment of rent for a specified time, no process shall issueagainst the lessee or other person occupying the premises, untilthe expiration of said specified time.
