Who may sue.

537.430. The action may be maintained by one who has theremainder or reversion in fee simple, after an intervening estatefor life or years, and also by one who has a remainder orreversion for life or years only; and each of them shall recoversuch damages as it shall appear that he has suffered by the wastecomplained of.
