Change in venue law applicable.

541.150. The provisions of law relating to changes of venueshall, in all respects, as far as they may be applicable, governin cases provided in sections 541.120 to 541.140; and thedefendant, officers and witnesses shall be subject to the sameduties and penalties as are enjoined and inflicted by law uponlike persons, as in cases of change of venue.
