Receipt of stolen or embezzled property--trial, where held.

541.060. When any person shall be liable to prosecution asthe receiver of any personal property that shall have beenfeloniously stolen, taken or embezzled, he may be indicated,tried and convicted in any county where he received or had suchproperty, notwithstanding such theft or embezzlement wascommitted in another county.
