Recognizance, where deposited.

542.070. Every recognizance to keep the peace, taken by anyassociate circuit judge pursuant to the foregoing provisions, orpursuant to any other statute, shall be transmitted by suchassociate circuit judge to the clerk of the proper court of thecounty, on or before the first day of the term of such court nextto be holden after taking the same.
