Recognizance to be prosecuted, when.

542.090. Whenever evidence of such conviction shall beproduced to the court in which the recognizance is filed ortaken, it shall be the duty of the court to order suchrecognizance to be prosecuted, and the prosecuting attorney shallproceed thereon accordingly.
