Attempted escape, proceeding after arrest.

544.130. When any person shall be so pursued and arrested,he shall be immediately taken before some associate circuit judgeauthorized to act under the provisions of this chapter, who shallproceed thereon in the same manner as if the prisoner had beenarrested on a warrant.
