Failure of associate circuit judge to discharge duty.

544.400. If any associate circuit judge refuses or neglectsto certify and return, as required by section 544.390, anyexamination or recognizance by him taken, he may be required, byrule of court, forthwith to return the same, and in case ofdisobedience may be proceeded against by attachment.
