Recognizance, disposition of.

544.500. Whenever any prisoner is released as provided insection 544.455 by any court, it shall be the duty of the clerkof the court by which the prisoner was released immediately totransmit a record of the release together with any conditionsimposed to the clerk of the court in which the party released isrequired to appear.
