545.390. Interrogatories to be annexed to such commissionshall be settled and such commission shall be issued, executedand returned in the manner prescribed by law in respect tocommissions in civil cases, and the depositions taken thereon andreturned shall be read in like cases and with the like effect asin civil suits.
