Indictment to have name of prosecutor--by whom made--effect offailure.

545.060. The name of the prosecutor must be affixed to suchindictment; but no indictment shall be quashed for the want of affixingsuch name, if the same shall be made before the motion to quash is disposedof, and in no case shall the judgment be arrested or the trial discontinuedafter it has been commenced, for the want of such endorsement.
