Witnesses to attend trial in cases of removal.

545.600. The defendant and all witnesses and others whoshall have entered into any recognizance to attend the trial ofsuch cause, having notice of the removal thereof, shall be boundto attend at the time and place of trial, in the county to whichthe cause is removed, and a failure to do so shall be deemed abreach of recognizance.
