Change of venue for one not to affect other defendants.

545.640. Where there are several defendants in anyindictment or criminal prosecution and the cause of the removalthereof exists only as to part of them, the other defendantsshall be tried and all proceedings had against them, in thecounty in which the case is pending, in all respects as if noorder of removal had been made as to any defendant.
