546.060. The proceedings prescribed by law in civil cases,in respect to the impaneling of jurors, the keeping themtogether, and the manner of rendering their verdict, shall be hadupon trials on indictments and prosecutions for criminaloffenses, except in cases otherwise provided by statute.
